Do you offer quantity discounts?
Progressive quantity discounts are given at $80 / $120 / $200 in total order amount. This allows you to build your own multipart sets for savings. Shipping charges are also reduced for multipart orders.

How long will it take to receive my order / what is your shipping policy?
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using USPS Priority mail. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Orders are generally processed and packaged for shipping within one business day of payment receipt / **confirmation and transferred to the shipping carrier the following business day. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

**Note: For orders placed with money order as payment method, products will be shipped once money order is received and verified. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days after receipt to verify the funds.

What is you return process?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. This is important to insure proper identification of your return when it is received. The RMA number should accompany any items you are returning.

Please insure that items are packaged in original packing materials or equivalent to avoid any damage during shipping. Please package hardware & tools so that they are not in contact with the anodized aluminum parts so as not to scratch them. Items returned in new condition will receive a 100% product sales price refund less original shipping. Items that are returned with cosmetic damage from installation or use will generally receive a refund of 50-70% (depending on condition) of the product sales price less original shipping. If returned items are found to be damaged, we will contact you prior to issuing the refund and give you option of having the parts shipped back to you.
